I placed an order for pick up. When can I come and retrieve my order? 
Anytime during our open hours


What if I’m not home for the delivery? 
Beer & spirit deliveries must be received by someone 19 or older. If you are not home, we will call the phone number on the order and make arrangements. If we cannot reach you, we will bring your order back to the farm to keep your items cold. 

What are your delivery options? 

WILLIBALD DELIVERY

Available on orders of $50 or more (pre-tax) delivered weekly by our in-house delivery team. See the table below to learn when we will be in your area.  

Orders must be placed by 7:00 PM the day before your areas delivery day to provide our team time to process, pack and prepare the order for delivery. Orders placed after this time may be delivered the following week.

      ANNEX GO FETCH DELIVERY

      Holiday Schedule 
      The last day for Annex orders before the holidays is December 22. This service will resume Dec. 29 and orders will be delivered within 2-5 business days after Dec. 29. 

      ONTARIO-WEST & ONTARIO-EAST
      Effective, Nov. 10, 2022, we will be changing our delivery service to offer shipping on all Willibald products to addresses within Ontario West and East. Some Northern addresses also included. Orders are processed daily Monday-Friday and will be delivered within 2-5 business days after leaving the farm through our new partner, Annex Go Fetch. 

      DELIVERY RATES
      Orders Ontario-Wide (local & far North area excluded) over $100 (pre-tax) - $10
      Orders Ontario-Wide (local & far North area excluded) under $100 (pre-tax) - $20 

      When can I expect my delivery? 
      Within 2-5 business days from the day your placed your order. You will receive detailed tracking information from Annex Go Fetch once your order has been picked up from our farm and is on its way to you. 

      EXPEDITED  SHIPPING

      We use Canada Post to expedited shipments to areas we're not able to deliver to directly. Most Willibald products are available to be shipped expedited with the exclusion of beer. 

      The cost of shipping via Canada Post's Expedited service is calculated by Canada Post at check out. 

      Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to arrive once it's been shipped.  

      This service is available Canada-Wide. 

       

      Frequently Asked Questions

      How long will you hold my order?
      Two-weeks! You have two-weeks from the date of purchase to pick up your order. If you do not come to retrieve your order we will refund you. 

      Why am I required to buy a food item "WilliTreat" when purchasing spirits & friends of the farm products?
      Legally, all sales of spirits and/or friends of the farm products (beers, ciders & wines MUST be accompanied by a food item. Willibald beer is exempt from this requirement.

      Why don't you sell single cans?
      We prefer to sell in 4-packs. 

      Do you sell kegs? 
      We do not. 

      Where the f*** is Ayr?
      Ayr is located in the Township of North Dumfries in the Regional Municipality of Waterloo. You can find us at 1271 Reidsville Rd, Ayr, ON N0B 1E0. Look for our entrance between the pines. 

      Do you ship across Canada? 
      We do! Select Expedited Shipping at check out. Please note, beer cannot be sent with Canada Post. 

      Do you rent out your space for private events or weddings? 
      Yes and no! We do not host weddings here on our farm. We are however, now accepting private bookings for our indoor mezzanine. The mezzanine is available for rent for up to 20 guests Wed - Sun, December 2022 - April 2023. Email info@drinkwillibald.com to inquire.
